IS has developed partnership programs with many student associations on all Big-ten campuses of all ethnic backgrounds, including Chinese (Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong), Korean, Indian. IS works together with those student associations to provide better service and more help for their members. 

IS has also developed partnership with many of the Big-ten universities. In March 2007, IS helped the China delegation of Pennsylvania State University, led by the President, successfully organize a big reception in Beijing, China for Penn State alumni and prospective students. IS is also developing partnerships with various governmental agencies and nonprofit organizations, in and outside of the United States.
