To join IS, please do the following steps:
1. Download the Application form and contact is@ucbsc.com or call Peter by 814-441-3808 for membership card/stub;
2. Fill application form and the membership card/stub.
3. Return the application form and membership stub to IS and keep the membership card.
Then you are a member of IS! The membership will benifit you a lot!
